Private Luxury Villa 105B

Die Villa 105B ist ein wunderschönes und abgelegenes Hideaway im Südwesten Sri Lankas. Das große Grundstück nahe Bentota zieren tropische Pflanzen, Kokospalmen und duftende Frangipani-Bäume. Das außergewöhnliche Anwesen, erbaut im Stil des legendären Architekten Geoffrey Bawa, beherbergt vier Gästezimmer mit jeweils eigenem Badezimmer. Im Garten befinden sich der Speisepavillon, ein Freizeitpavillon und eine kleine Palmen-Hütte für Yoga oder Meditation, sowie der 15 x 6 Meter große Pool.

STAY at Ahangama

STAY at Ahangama is a 1950s built villa renovated to its current standard in 2016. The villa is very spacious and lets in plenty of light, especially in the main livingroom area. The villa features a middle courtyard with a fish pond and a pool with a deck to cool off the usually hot temperature in Galle. You can reach Ahangama beach within five minutes (walking), and Mirissa beach or Unawatuna beach in 20 minutes by vehicle. The Galle Fort is within a 25 minute drive from our property.

This luxurious, comfortable, spacious modern villa, designed by a student of the famous architect Geoffrey Bawa is set in a secluded lush tropical garden with a private swimming pool (25ft x 12ft) in a quiet residential area in the village of Unawatuna. The villa has been designed with 'keeping cool' in mind in this hot climate. The high ceilings and many french doors from all rooms ensure a constant cooling air flow throughout the villa. The villa is approved by the SLTDA.

The Gatehouse Galle

The Gatehouse is an exclusive, private self catering getaway for a couple or a solo traveller. It is located at the entrance to the estate and features a private 8-metre pool. It is an ideal home base to explore the local areas of Galle and beyond. Everything you need is provided in stylish, designer luxury. The washing machine and dryer make travelling easy and hiring a scooter from Epic Rides or using Uber or Pick me apps allows easy beach and local historic site access.
