Welcome to Sky’s Place. This little gem with its Alaskan charm is located just 20 minutes from grocery, local bars and restaurants. 60 min to Chena Hot Springs and 2 hours to Denali National Park. It’s a perfect romantic getaway or a cozy place to enjoy with friends. We are up in the hills facing north without city lights, allowing spectacular northern light viewing. Lots of beautiful wood accents, natural light and room darkening shades. When possible, I can offer flexible check in/out times.

A great private location with beautiful views of nature, you will feel relaxed and at ease in this beautiful area. Look out for the Northern Lights/Aurora with no houses on the north side of the road to block any view of them. The home has a comfortable queen bed. Cook on the gas range with all the necessary cooking utensils available. The house has Wi-Fi, TV / Amazon Fire Stick to watch your favorite shows. The house includes hot water to the taps, indoor toilet and stand up shower. (see below)

Being just out of town affords a quiet setting and nice mountain views yet it's only a short drive to the grocery store and shopping. Drive out of the city commotion, and stay in the beautiful hills. Quiet apartment with a king size bed north of Fairbanks. This unit has everything to make your stay comfortable. After exploring Fairbanks, you can get your gear cleaned in the washer and dryer. Sleep tight on the memory foam mattress. Create something special in the full kitchen. Work on your to-do list in the home office. Or just relax on the couch with free access to Netflix, Apple TV, and Amazon. Truly a relaxing stay.

Full kitchen and full private bathroom. Very roomy with one queen bed, a full/twin bunk bed and a futon couch. Sleeps 5 adults or 4 adults & 2 children. Approximately 15 minute drive from downtown Fairbanks. The driveway to the cabin may require a vehicle with 4 wheel drive and winter tires in the winter

This small cabin has everything needed for a safe, quiet and comfortable home base while you visit Fairbanks. *** Please note that there is a half bath, a sink and toilet, NO TUB or SHOWER! ** At times during the winter, due to heavy snow or icy conditions, AWD or 4WD ... and good tires... are REQUIRED . *** Also, please note that headbolt heaters are often necessary on vehicles in Fairbanks during the winter. Ask the rental agency about this before renting from Anchorage!

This cabin is a great way for couples and newlyweds to disconnect from the hectic world we live in and enjoy the peace and quiet of tranquility and seclusion on your own private 100 acres. Beautiful tiny home, built in January 2019 by talented local builder, many guests have fallen in love with this home. No running water, but the cabin is stocked with 5 gallon water bottles filled at Fox Springs. Full kitchen, comfy beds, super fast internet, television ready for streaming, books to curl up and read, close to shopping, restaurants , amenities of the city, while tucked into wooded private lot.

This little log cabin gives guests an authentic Alaskan experience of "damp" (running water at the sink, heated outhouse, no shower) cabin living with all the creature comforts in a cozy spot nestled in the woods. It's close to town, but far enough away to see auroras in the dark winter skies. Close to trails and local entertainment and food, but you just might see a moose walk by.
