Lys 3 værelses lejlighed på Amager, tæt på metroen

Lækker ny-renoveret lejlighed midt på Amager med stort lysindfald. Tæt på KBH centrum og tæt på metroen. Lejligheden fremstår i lyse farver og er fuldstændig renoveret. Der er 2 soveværelser med trekvarte senge og et skrivebord med siddeplads. Køkkenet er lyst og funktionelt med ovn, kogeplader og køleskab - særdeles veludstyret. Der er også en dejlig stue med sofaarrangement og spisebord , samt TV. Bad og toilet ligger for enden af entréen, som samler hele lejligheden, der ligger i stueplan.

Her går vi meget op i rengøring. Hyggeligt et rums anneks på omkring 20km2. To dobbeltsenge, de kan laves til to sofaer. Lille hygge sofa. Tv. Mindre køkken til enkel madlavning. Mini ovn, mikroovn, koge kande, køleskab og køkken ting. Dyner og puder med sengetøj. Badeværelse og mindre gang til tøj og sko. Der er et romantisk varmt ude bad. Huset ligger lige ved bus 35 til lufthavnen. Det ligger kun fem minutter fra Idyllisk fiskerby med gamle gule huse og havn. Fin strand og badeanstalt.

You can live in this private, modern and charming aparment, close to the airport ( 3 km - 5 min. Car ), with your own entrance, and key box for easy check-in. From 1 to 4 persons. There are 2 bedrooms, a living room with a sleeping couch, and a modern kitchen with washer and dryer. The bathroom is renovated and new. The apartment is 80 m2 and in the lower part of the house, totally separated and quiet. There is a beautiful courtyard with table and chairs where you can enjoy your privacy.

Separat bygning med egen indgang. Der er egen privat have med til annekset. Annekset ligger i roligt villakvarter, tæt på metroens endestation. Der er 200 meter til Naturpark Amager, et 3500 hektar stort område med flot natur og mange cykel og vandre stier. Annekset har ikke køkken, men der er mulighed for at lave mad. (el kedel, brødrister, microovn indendørs. Kul grill og gasblus med gryder og pander udendørs)

Boligen ligger i et internationalt område, tæt på transport - ca. 10-15 min. til rådhuspladsen med metro, ca. 10-15 min. i bil/taxa til/fra lufthavnen, og togstation ca. 10-15 min. gåafstand med tog til Hovedbanegården, Lufthavnen og/eller Sverige. Parkering er mulig mod betaling.
