Rigtig gode transportmuligheder med kun 3 minutters gang til S-tog, 8 minutter til metro (Enghave Plads). Parkering under bygningen mod gebyr. 2 minutters gang til cafeer og restauranter.

There's a bunk-bed (70x160cm) and a creative space in the kids-room. The second bathroom has a bathtub, and is accessed from the spacious dining + lounge area. The cozy open kitchen completes the social space. The private garden equally invites for relaxation. The cat is friendly (own door, automatic food and water). 10 min walk from train.

It´s close to nature and the center by metro 5 min and 10 min from the airport.

There are also great grocery shopping opportunities 5 minutes walking distance from the apartment. It is newly renovated with all the facilities you could possibly need.

One additional room are closed for my private stuff. The penthouse are located central copenhagen Østerbro. 100 m from the metroring. Takes 9 min to Kings square.

Kom og slap af i vores skønne hus med frodig have og brændefyret sauna. Hvis I har børnene med er der også legehus, trætop-hus og trampolin. Nyd haven i alt slags vejr i den smukke glasudestue, grill på terrassen og slut dagen af med en tur i saunaen. Få friske æg til morgenmaden fra vores 5 søde høns og køb morgenbrød hos den lokale bager, 2 minutters gang fra huset. Huset ligger tæt ved et naturområde og en kort køretur fra københavn samt Kastrup/Amager strandpark.

The flat is centered in Nordhavn with ocean view. It is right next to Østerbro and you have 3 minutes to the train, which takes you down town within 8 minuttes. Everything is brand new and the flat is spacey with good lighting and ambience. It is 115 sqm and four rooms. There is a high end bakery and burgerbar on uppersit corners. Both very delicious. There are three supermarkets within 200m and swimming 100 m from flat entrance. Movie theather right next door.
