A spacious lounge with double bed and large leather sofa, chairs. HD TV & a Bose Bluetooth music speaker. The Studio is private and totally separate from the main house. Own Small Kitchen with Sink, Fridge, Twin Hotplates and a Microwave Oven. Shower and Toilet with Hand Wash Basin. The Studio is a 10 minute bus ride from the city centre but in a quiet leafy area and is only a five minute walk from Wollaton Park. Private off road parking is provided for guests right next to the studio entrance.

Cobbles has a spacious king size double bedroom and a twin room, and an open plan living/dining/kitchen area. The village has 2 local pubs, and a tea rooms serving freshly made produce. Also, with the Peak District on your doorstep there are walks and plenty of activities to occupy yourselves with during your stay. Children’s play area and park easily accessible.

Simple little apartment in Matlock, excellent location. A great base for exploring or working in the area. A short (but steep!) walk in to Matlock, some excellent walks I can recommend (maps in the apartment!) and great pubs within a couple of minutes walk. King-size four poster bed which has great view down the valley. Fully equipped kitchen. New shower room. Ample on street parking.
