Our cottage is situated directly on the Five Pits Trail, which provides miles of trails for walkers, bike and horse riders, there are also fishing ponds 500m along the trail. It's a beautiful character cottage newly renovated to a high standard. It is ideally situated, with Hardwick Hall 5 minutes drive away and the Peak District on our doorstep. Matlock, Crich Tramway Village, Chatsworth House and Haddon Hall within half an hour. We also have a hottub for you to relax in at the end of your day.

Highfield House - Rural Retreat Derbyshire

We are located close to the Peak District, with Chatsworth House not far away. It is surrounded by Oakerthrope Nature Reserve and is perfect for those wanting to explore Derbyshire. We live next door and there are friendly cats and a dog that live on the property. *please note Hot Tub needs to be booked BY THE GUEST DIRECTLY with ‘Midland Hot Tub Hire’ for price, to arrive at the property the day before arrival to be filled and heated by host. EV charger available payable to owners please.

Based in rural Derbyshire our cabins are hand-crafted to a high standard. Overlooking glorious english countryside. You may have to share the grounds with our resident heavy horses, the rabbits and the badgers to name a few. But if you're OK with that, you have use of your own hot tub to watch them all go about their day. Once you've had your fill of nature from the decking, come inside to a fully kitted kitchen, TV and en-suite bathroom. Not to mention the king size bed. We allow one dog x

Built by my wonderful talented husband Tilly Lodge is a self contained luxury getaway surrounded by so many local attractions some being just a stones throw away. Tilly Lodge is set in a beautiful village with a lovely pub, fabulous garden and great food just a 4 minute walk away.

Lime Tree Cottage new barn convention

lime tree cottage is a band new barn convention with its own private hot tub, this very equipped cottage sleeps 2 and a infant or a camp bed is available on request. This spacious little cottage has a king size bed, bathroom with a shower, sink and w/c. In the lounge we have a 55” smart tv and beautiful views down the valley. The kitchen is well equipped for everything you would need, also has a dishwasher and washing machine. There are some beautiful walks and pubs in walking distance.

With a shared driveway with its sister Hut, The Willows, it enjoys its own dedicated parking & private enclosed garden, enjoying stunning countryside views. Enjoy the most magnificent sunsets as you kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Bring your wellies! There are many countryside walks from the from the doorstep! The property is ideal for couples or families with younger children (max 2 adults & 2 children up to age 13) Situated within the 1.5 acre garden of the main property, we are confident you will feel close to nature whilst enjoying the privacy of the private courtyard garden space.

Corner House is located in its own 0.75 acre plot with stunning views within easy reach of the market town of Ashbourne.Within 20 mins of the Peak District this contemporary conversion has the best of both worlds also being close to excellent local facilities including a country pub, and great restaurants and Grangefields and Osmaston wedding venues. The private rear patio benefits from a hot tub a bbq and a dining set with fire pit table, perfect for warm summer evenings.

Our cottage is self contained and attached to our house. The gardens are shared with us but are very spacious. There is a sunken hot tub in the garden. Set in a tranquil Peak District village with local pub, there's a small shop in the pub that's open during pub opening hours. Perfect location for walkers, climbers or cyclists and there are several lovely National Trust houses, including Chatsworth, within easy driving distance. Ashbourne is our local market town.

Close to Ashbourne, Belper, Carsington Reservoir and Kedleston Hall. Plenty of country pubs nearby serving local ales and hearty food.
