The Old Bakery is a luxurious self-contained cottage set in the heart of the beautiful South Downs National Park. It has been voted one of the best Air B&Bs in the UK in 2021! Guests can enjoy beautiful walks directly from the cottage or visit local villages such as Haslemere, Midhurst, Petworth, Arundel, the South Coast (West Wittering) and Goodwood. You will be spoilt for choices with some excellent pubs and restaurants in the area with the fabulous Duke of Cumberland pub a short walk away.

Nestled in the rural village of Fittleworth, Wishing Well Cottage is the perfect getaway right in the heart of the South Downs National Park. The cottage is newly renovated with many of it's beautiful original features restored. Snuggle up in front of the log fire with a hot chocolate or sit in the large private garden with both covered and open air seating areas, where you can toast marshmallows on the fire pit or sip a glass of wine. A walkers paradise, it is surrounded by natural beauty.

Hazelnut Corner is a completely self-contained two bedroom annexe, attached to our home in Duncton, near Petworth. Situated on a quiet private road, bordered by woodland, and brilliantly placed for Petworth, Midhurst, Goodwood, walking on the South Downs, and the delights of Chichester and the South Coast. Compact and cosy, Hazelnut Corner offers one double bedroom, one single room, modern shower room, and an open plan kitchen, dining and living space. Outside is a small private patio area

Our hideaway offers the perfect getaway. Soak up the peace and quiet, take in the amazing view and relax surrounded by ancient woodland, only 50 miles from London. Situated in the grounds of our Victorian family home, the newly converted 'Garden Rooms' occupy a separate self-contained building, furnished to a high standard, and perfect for coupes wishing to enjoy walking, cycling & sailing in the South Downs National Park. The annex has its own driveway and self check-in is via a key box. The Garden Rooms are located in the pretty downland village of West Ashling. There are three local pubs & a restaurant, all within walking distance.

Stunning and spacious period cottage with outstanding views. Beautifully furnished and decorated with a kitchen that chefs will love. We live overseas and love to share our cottage with visitors from all around the world. The location is only a short walk into the centre of Arundel or you can step out into the countryside. A peaceful seaside hideaway - a secluded, tranquil space with a superking or twin bedroom, ensuite bathroom (bath and shower), kitchen and living room, with conservatory and south-facing patio area, all within a short stroll of our beautiful, quiet beach.  A self-catering detached cottage, with its own driveway, private parking, EV charging (for a small additional cost) and cycle loan/storage. A Hidden Gem on the Edge of The South Downs

Enjoy a relaxed stay in the former home of Sir Norman Wisdom who lived here from 1958 to 76. It also belonged to Anne of Cleves, wife of Henry VIII. Located in the beautiful village of West Chiltington, on the edge of the South Downs national park, and just 15 miles from the coast, this 1 bedroom, self-contained annexe is a beautiful little cottage. It's ideally placed for walking holidays and is a popular base for all the Goodwood festivals.
