"Sous Les Ecotagnes" proche Clusaz & Grand Bornand

Cette ancienne ferme datant de 1800 peut loger confortablement 10 personnes sur 2 niveaux et 150m² habitables. Ce chalet comprend 5 chambres , 2 salles de douche et 2 toilettes séparées. Il se situe aux Villards sur Thônes , à 900 m d'altitude, à égale distance de la Clusaz et du Grand Bornand et proche de Annecy. Une rénovation complète en 2018 a été réalisée en conservant l'esprit d'authenticité qui marque ce type d'habitat . Le chalet n'est pas adapté aux Personnes à Mobilité Réduite.

Atypique 4 personnes

N'hésitez pas à nous contacter pour les disponibilités. Un séjour dans un décor atypique , avec salle de bain et wc privatif dans chaque chambre. Sur place boulangerie. Départ des pistes de ski de fond et Raquettes (location sur place), VTT, sentiers de randonnée... Véronique et Fabien MOREL vous mettent gratuitement à disposition , lit bébé, chaise haute, poussette , landau ...pour votre enfant ainsi que des raquettes à neige, des luges.

La Petite Maison Neuvecelle - Maison de village

Le Petite Maison Neuvecelle est une charmante maison de village sur les hauteurs d'Evian avec terrasse et jardinet plein sud clôturés. Possibilité de rentrer une moto sur la terrasse. Cette jolie maison atypique est composée au rez de chaussée, d'une cuisine équipée, d'une salle de bain avec douche et d'un WC. À l'étage, un espace ouvert avec chambre avec lit 2 places et d'un salon avec canapé convertible.

Charming little chalet in a breathtaking environment with great hikes and lots of activities in the immediate vicinity. In winter, direct access to baby lift, easy pistes and free ski bus. For 2 couples or couple with 1-2 kids (high chair available for small child). Ground floor: living-dining-room & kitchen, bathroom with tub. 1st floor: two bedrooms with a double bed each +1 single bed.

Charming one bed apartment in the heart of Chamonix, located at the end of the pedestrian road, a stones throw from the shop, bars and restaurants. This apartment is in sight (under 2 mins walk!) of the Savoy ski slope which links up to Brevent via a lift.
