HowBankAmbleside is a luxury house In the Ambleside conservation area, fully set up for a memorable stay and located two minutes from Ambleside's amenities. Tucked away in an elevated position next to Stock Ghyll Beck, with its sounds of cascading water, there are views to the Fells throughout. Our hot tub for 6 is under a slate roof for use in all weathers. There are many walks from the door so you can leave your car at the house during your stay. There is parking for 3 cars & an EV charger.

The lake is across the road from the property boundary, so there are lake views from many rooms and from the large gardens and meadow. We have 4 luxurious double bedrooms, all ensuite, there is a beautiful kitchen and dining room, and an elegant drawing room.
