In Wohnzimmer und Diele ist Laminatfußboden verlegt, die anderen Räume sind mit PVC-Böden ausgestattet. Da diese Wohnung für Allergiker geeignet bleiben soll, ist das Mitbringen von Haus- und Kleintieren, sowie das Rauchen innerhalb der Wohnung nicht gestattet. Hinweis: Die Wohnung liegt im ersten Obergeschoss und nur über eine Treppe zu erreichen.

Completely renovated former flagman's house situated on the international cycling trail "RAVEL" which leads from Troisvierges (Luxembourg) to Aachen (Germany), 125 km. The railway tracks were demolished and flooded. The house is now situated near a small stream, surrounded bay nature in complete quietness, far from any settlement.
