Please read our house rules before booking and share them with your travel companions. 1300+ sqft third floor flat with private entrance in one of this neighborhood's historic homes. (no elevator) Experience an American neighborhood fit for the movies. Within and easy commute to popular attractions. Niagara Falls, Delaware Park, Museums, Art Galleries, Waterfront, Bills Games, Restaurants/Bars, hiking, and more, with the loft as home base!

Charming Neighborhood Retreat

This suite is the entire second floor of our home. Three bedrooms, one has an adjoining door to a larger room, box car style. Private, full bath plus 1/2 bath, kitchenette - microwave, small refrigerator. Main entrance is shared with owners (classical musicians) who live downstairs. Within walking distance: restaurants, bakeries, and 10 minutes from UB campuses and airport. Quiet neighborhood, sorry no parties. We do charge $10 per additional person so we can keep our cleaning fees lower!
