Kiriaki house is located in the most quiet part of Langada, surrounded by native plants and dominated by a big Oak-tree. It’s a typical cycladic house, built with local stone and inspired by the layout of an orthodox church. It has an open plan with a double bed, a living area with a double sofa-bed, a fully equipped kitchen with the dining table and a bathroom. The area is calm and relaxed, while still within walking distance of the bay and local amenities.

Το σπίτι μας βρίσκεται στην ομορφότερη περιοχή των Καταπόλων, το Ξυλοκερατίδι, έχει νότιο προσανατολισμό και απέχει 30 μέτρα από τη θάλασσα. Παρότι σε κεντρικό σημείο, το χαρακτηρίζει η ησυχία. Είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένο και διαθέτει δύο άνετους χώρους, υπνοδωμάτιο με διπλό κρεβάτι και κουζίνα-καθιστικό με καναπέ που γίνεται διπλό κρεβάτι. Εξωτερικά υπάρχει μεγάλη βεράντα με υπαίθρια τραπεζαρία, πέργκολα και θέα στη θάλασσα.

Το Sochoro I είναι στον πρώτο όροφο ενός νεόδμητου κτίσματος με πανοραμική θέα στο λιμάνι των Καταπόλων και στο πέλαγο. Άνετος, ευρύχωρος ενιαίος χώρος 40 m2 με βεράντα 15 m2 με πέργκολα και ένα μικρό μπαλκόνι. Διαθέτει ένα διπλό κρεβάτι king με δυνατότητα μετατροπής σε δύο ανεξάρτητα μονά κρεβάτια, ένα καναπέ κρεβάτι, smart TV τηλεόραση, δωρεάν WiFi, ιδιωτικό πάρκινγκ, βεράντα και οργανωμένη κουζίνα.

Ενα διαμέρισμα μόλις φέτος ανακαινισμένο με 2 κρεβάτια ( ένα διπλό και ένα μεγάλο μονό κρεβάτι ) , που βρίσκεται στην καρδιά μιας εκ των γραφικοτερων συνοικιών στα Κατάπολα ( στο Ραχιδι). Το σπίτι διαθέτει όλα τα βασικά που χρειάζεται ένας επισκέπτης ενώ ξεχωρίζει το μπαλκονακι που έχει θέα το λιμάνι του νησιού !Τέλος σε κοντινή αποσταση απο το σπίτι υπάρχει χώρος στάθμευσης αυτοκινήτων.
