Central Cosy quite 25sm 5th @ balcony over garden

Next to the center of Athens, at Caravel's neighborhood, is this small 25 sq.meters cosy flat. The place contains of only one room, kitchen,small bathroom, small reception hall and it's quiet small decorated balcony at the 5th floor with very quiet yards of buildings at the ground floor with trees and plants around. Very relaxing for a couple and a single person that needs to work at the desk of the bedroom, or at the balcony's table. It is a very touristic zone and route to Acropolis 2km away.

Αποσταση απο συνταγμα 3 στασεις με το μετρο. Στην γειτονία υπάρχει και self laundry για να πλύνετε τα ρούχα σας , τιμές απο 2,50 ευρω. μετα τις 14:00 ξεκινάει το check in με κωδικό.

ARM Comfy Apartments - Athens Central

The flat is located in a very good central location, in front of a square at a safe family area, at the ground floor. Very close to 2 different airport line metro stations, Ampelokipoi (200m) and Panormou (600m) . Perfect location for your excursions around the center of Athens. Near by you'll find a lot of facilities (supermarkets, restaurants, shops, coffee shops etc.). I don't accept long term requests, so if you are searching for something like that I'm sorry but I cannot help you

Καλώς ήρθατε στο διαμέρισμά μας, φτιαγμένο με αγάπη για να κάνει την διαμονή σας ευχάριστη, άνετη και αξέχαστη!!! Απολαύστε τα απλά πράγματα σε αυτόν τον γαλήνιο και κεντρικό χώρο διαμονής.!!! Το διαμέρισμά μας βρίσκεται 6 λεπτά με τα πόδια από τον σταθμό μετρό της Πανόρμου και 3 λεπτά από στάση ΄λεωφορείων και τρόλεϊ. Ο χώρος μας μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει άνετα 3 άτομα, είναι κατάλληλος για ζευγάρια, παρέες, αλλά και για ταξιδιώτες για επαγγελματικούς λόγους.
