A two storey place with stairs from the garden leading up to the second floor including two small rooms and a bigger one. A fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable bathroom. A spacious veranda with cosy chairs around a glass-iron table help to create a warmth feel while capture the amazing view. The ground floor is a lovely open-plan 35m2 space with fire place, mini fridge and four sofa-beds. In front of the house there is an outdoor bar with kitchen facilities and barbecue serves for dinners.

This tiny home is located by the north Aegean sea. It is safely placed in a fenced area with grass, accompanied by a big oil tree in the center of the yard, where you can relax and enjoy the sea breeze and the spectacular view. The house consists of one bedroom with double bed, living room that can host one or two extra visitors, bathroom with wc and a well-equipued kitchen with all necessary appliances. In the external area there is a fridge in a protected container with extra kitchen.

A flat house, 100m from the sea, 5km away from Asprovalta. To the seaside in front of the house there is the beach bar "Bratsaki". The location is about 20km away from the the archeological museum and area of Amphipolis. 60km away from Ouranoupolis (the entrance to Athos). My house is close to family activities. Reasons why you will like my space: the environment and the outside space. My house is suitable for couples, families (with children) and pets.
