Justo a 10 metros hay un pequeño centro comercial con cafetería, bares y supermercado abre todos los días. La playa más cercana se encuentra a 200m y el puerto de Radazul con restaurantes y zona de baño a 500m. Su localización es perfecta para visitar la isla ya que se encuentra a 30 minutos de la zona norte y 40 minutos del sur.

La vivienda es ideal para familias o parejas, con fácil acceso en coche. No tiene parking, pero a 2 minutos encontrarás uno de pago que tiene tarifas muy accesibles.
