The lower level of our Jewel Lake Home with a separate entry, and fun backyard. This is a recent remodel; an eclectic space with vintage wood ceilings and a blend of industrial+ modern detailing. We are 5 minute drive from the airport, and guests can enjoy Alaskan wilderness right from this space. A forested trail system lies right behind our house for walking and biking. Guests may collect eggs from our chickens, use our forest-side hot tub, stoke the firepit, or use paddle boards at Sand Lake.

Enjoy the unobstructed views of Denali/Mt. McKinley, “Sleeping Lady” (Mount Susitna), and the Anchorage skyline from 1600ft elev.

Bathroom includes hot shower, sink and toilet. Kitchen is fully furnished. Queen sized Bed is in loft up a steep staircase. Owners are next door and happy to answer questions, particularly about rafting Sixmile Creek, as Gareth is a guide for FlowAK. Be advised there is no gas station in Hope!

Or, if you prefer to sit and relax and read a book, the view from the deck or living room couch of the Anchorage skyline and Denali/Mt. McKinley is spectacular.
