Apartamento Loft en pleno centro del casco antiguo de Cádiz. A un paseo de todos los centros de interés. Ideal para parejas o cuatro personas. Con todas las comodidades. Aire acondicionado, Wifi, TV Led (2), cocina con lavavajillas, horno, inducción, lavadora, etc. Máximas calidades. Cuarto de baño espectacular. Dos amplias camas de matrimonio, una de ellas a diferente altura y todo en un espacio diáfano. Ver fotos. No creo que encuentres nada mejor situado y de mejor relación calidad/precio.

Loft tranquilo y céntrico situado en planta baja, en plena plaza de las Tendillas, a pocos minutos de la Mezquita. Dispone de cama de matrimonio "queen" en planta superior de 150 x 190, sofá cama en planta inferior, un cuarto de baño y una cocina perfectamente equipada. Tiene WiFi, TV en ambas estancias, Aire acondicionado, Calefacción, Lavadora y cafetera Nespresso. Se proporcionan toallas y ropa de cama. Existen varios parkings en las inmediaciones así como supermercados y restaurantes.

Es un espacio diáfano bellamente decorado y completamente equipado. Está situado en primera planta con ascesor y cuenta con una terraza amueblada de 20 m2 bajo los soportales del patio en planta baja. Es un lugar muy tranquilo para desconectar y disfrutar de la paz y el silencio en un edificio histórico.

Beautiful loft in regionalist house early twentieth century in which the famous "cantaor" Enrique Morente Granada was born. It is located in the Barrio del Albayzin and a 3-minute walk from the Cathedral and Plaza Nueva. The famous Alhambra and Mirador de San Nicolas a 10-minute walk. The house has been recently renovated retaining all the architectural elements of the time. The house has a small garden where you can relax and sunbathe at the foot of the Alhambra.

Exceptional location and lots of charm, the decor is Nordic style with fir wood floors, give warmth, comfort and create a cozy atmosphere, is the second floor, with ceilings of 5 meters high which is where the loft is located. I live on the same floor and share door to the floor but the loft is a space, independent and private key exclusively for guest use.
