If you need a place near Clemson, I-85, Greenville, river rafting, hiking, antique shopping, or if you just want to getaway with your friends and family to enjoy fun in the sun with beautiful sunsets and campfires, this is the perfect place for you!! Oh, and the fishing is fantastic! This rental includes the ENTIRE LOWER LEVEL of our waterfront home, and can sleep 6 adults! Please note that this is attached to our private residence but you have a completely separate entryway and 100% privacy!

Located on Broadway Lake in Anderson, SC. 300-acre lake great for pontoons, fishing, and having a great time. Features a flat lot with 250 feet of water frontage. Private dock & 2 kayaks for your use. House features panoramic views of the lake. Short boat ride to Pine Lakes Golf Club where you can enjoy a round of golf or dine at J.R. Cash's on Broadway Restaurant & Bar. McFall's Landing event venue is less than a quarter-mile drive from where you can launch your boat or schedule an event.

Use our kayaks, canoe, and floats, or bring your boat in at the nearby launch to relax in our quiet deep water cove. The screened in porch, surrounded by large trees, is a perfect place to read a book or have a cup of coffee. Our kitchen is large and well stocked and opens up to the living room for easy socializing. Whole house has been recently remodeled and is super clean and cozy.

A cozy lakeside cottage surrounded by the privacy of hardwoods, while also convenient to restaurants, shopping, Clemson & Anderson Universities. There's plenty of activities with fishing, kayaking and canoeing or just relax over a cup of coffee or tea while taking in the views of the water and wildlife. At the RR your close to it all (5-15 by car ) to hartwell lake, tiger town, Clemson university, shopping, restaurants , sunset views etc. Waiting for you back at the space is 1 bedroom featuring a full size bed, 1 bathroom fully stocked, small kitchen w/ pots+pans and a cozy living space with games, dvds, fireplace and tv provided. Outside , Enjoy the hot tub, outdoor games, a fire or an afternoon grill out on the porch along w/a bbq grill. Kayaks are available upon request

This gorgeous property is situated on the picturesque Broadway Lake in Anderson, SC, offering 300 acres of pristine water ideal for pontoon rides, fishing, and making unforgettable memories. Great restaurants nearby as well as shopping and outdoor activities. 15 min from Clemson University, 20 min to downtown Anderson, just 10 min from 1-85.

NEW IN 2021: New carpet, paint and mattress! Our one bedroom "apartment" has everything you need for a relaxing getaway. Room for air mattresses too. There is swimming, fishing, kayaking, and just plain relaxing here. We are close to hiking and waterfalls. Approximately one hour from UGA or one hour from Clemson for a getaway football weekend. Come enjoy and bring your pets too—they are always welcome!
