Private dock & 2 kayaks for your use. House features panoramic views of the lake. Short boat ride to Pine Lakes Golf Club where you can enjoy a round of golf or dine at J.R. Cash's on Broadway Restaurant & Bar. McFall's Landing event venue is less than a quarter-mile drive from where you can launch your boat or schedule an event.

Come and experience a little getaway on Lake Hartwell. This is a cute little house, perfect for families or just getting away from the hustle and bustle of Atlanta or Charlotte. There is fishing and you can go swimming in the cove. there's is plenty of parking available on my driveway for your boat SUV or other vehicles. Walmart and Ingles is about 8.2 miles from the house. drive into the city of Hartwell and experience some of the local dining. I left some brochures of my favorite restaurants.

Take advantage of the courtesy dock for a jet ski or boat. Put your boat in at Saddlers Creek State Park and enjoy the park’s bike and walking trails. There are great restaurants nearby as well as shopping and more. We are 20min from Hartwell GA, 25 min to Anderson University, and 30min from Clemson University.

NEW IN 2021: New carpet, paint and mattress! Our one bedroom "apartment" has everything you need for a relaxing getaway. Room for air mattresses too. There is swimming, fishing, kayaking, and just plain relaxing here. We are close to hiking and waterfalls. Approximately one hour from UGA or one hour from Clemson for a getaway football weekend. Come enjoy and bring your pets too—they are always welcome!
