Our home is close to everything you could desire; coffee shops, eateries, breweries, boutiques and a park with a paved walking trail. Find your getaway in our BRAND NEW guest suite furnished with a king bed, organic cotton sheets, blackout shades, sound machine, kitchenette, oversized bathroom, and complimentary snacks (a must have). To all our FOOTBALL FANS - we're a quick 5 miles to the stadium!

The "Tree House" - Privacy, Luxury, Nature Views

The elegant "Tree House'' is not in a tree but feels like it, with large windows overlooking lush forest or mountain views. This 450 sf space is a separate unit with own entrance & porch--no stairs! Queen bed, sofa, stone/tile bathroom & walk-in shower, washer-dryer, big TV, fast WiFi, birdfeeders at window. Located on cozy cul-de-sac, reserved parking. This architect-designed space has a kitchenette with fridge, toaster oven, microwave, Keurig coffee, more. Hiking trails near by! Non-smoking.

Stoney Haven

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, scientists (Oak Ridge National Lab is 3 /12 miles away), and fishermen (lake is close). We are located just 5 miles from historic Oak Ridge. Stoney Haven is just 2 1/2 miles from Hardin Valley Rd. where you will find eating places, unique stores, and Pellissippi State Community College. If you are into major shopping, Turkey Creek is only 8.4 miles away. 3 1/2 miles away is the Univ. of TN Arboretum. There you will find unique plants and trails.

Lovely private studio apartment with bath.

The space is located less than a mile from I-75 in north Knoxville. We have a king-sized bed, short couch, microwave, refrigerator, coffee pot, and toaster for your convenience. We are approximately 10 minutes from the University of Tennessee and 10 minutes from Ijams Nature Center and trails. We have a private entrance into the space. Our backyard has a woods in the backyard, which hides a train track. There are a lot of great restaurants that are within a mile of our home. Great location!

Large 1 Bedroom Private Garage Level Apartment

This apartment is build in a basement. It has its own door, private bathroom, living room , big L couch, TV-tray set, TV, Roku with Netflix, cabinet with fridge, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, and a sink. The bedroom has one King bed, a queen size inflatable bed that can be set-up for extra guests, a sofa, ceiling fan, closet, night stands, portable radian heather, portable fan, and a dresser. Parking for two or more vehicles. Only two adults live in the main floor of the house.

Plenty of space and privacy in this cottage over looking the fields and pond. Sit back and relax watching the horses and goats graze. Located minutes away from Oak Ridge/Clinton/Knoxville. Melton Hill lake has outdoor activities, restaurant & nice walking trail and is 10 minutes away. University of TN is 23 minutes away and Oak Ridge is 13 minutes. The 16’ ceilings make this 480 sq. ft. space feel enormous. The Kitchen has a full size refrigerator, keurig, microwave & convection oven combo.

Serenity and seclusion awaits you at Busha's Barn. The nicely appointed studio has everything you need to enjoy your visit. The kitchen has a full refrigerator, convection/microwave, two eye burner, coffee pot, toaster. Relax on the couch and watch tv or take a nap in the comfortable queen size bed. If you are working from home there is a desk and of course wfi. Situated on a heavily wooded acre surrounded by birds and wildlife. Take a short hike down the path to Beaver Creek.

The Knoxville Little House is a recently converted 380 square-foot structure. Half of the house contains a kitchen and living space and the other half contains the bedroom and bath/laundry. This cute little house is perfect for a single guest or couple and one child. We are located in a quiet neighborhood with access to I 75 and downtown Knoxville within minutes. Enjoy the many things to see and do in and around Knoxville and then come back and relax in our little dwelling.

Gilcrest Cottage

Located behind our 1930’s farmhouse, the Gilcrest Cottage is a newly re-designed and renovated space offering privacy and peace to any traveler wanting to explore Knoxville, Powell, or Norris Lake! Perfect for couples or families of four, we would love to host you on our property as you explore East Tennessee! Please note that we do live a farm friendly lifestyle. The cottage is located next to our personal cut flower garden and our 6 chickens free range our two acres.
