Busha's Barn

Serenity and seclusion awaits you at Busha's Barn. The nicely appointed studio has everything you need to enjoy your visit. The kitchen has a full refrigerator, convection/microwave, two eye burner, coffee pot, toaster. Relax on the couch and watch tv or take a nap in the comfortable queen size bed. If you are working from home there is a desk and of course wfi. Situated on a heavily wooded acre surrounded by birds and wildlife. Take a short hike down the path to Beaver Creek.

Guest remark on the cleanliness and small touches. Please Note~There are no added cleaning fees or pet fees. Guests love the large yard, ability to move the living room furniture around to suit their needs, and the games and books. The kitchen is well stocked as well. There are two outdoor areas with seating and smoking is allowed outside. The RV or Boat parking is a bonus. Check ahead for availability. There is a large, padlocked storage shed for bikes and gear.

Located at the base of Wind Rock Mtn off of Windrock Rd. Short drive to multiple trail heads including Windrock Park General Store. Perfect place to lay your head after a long day of exploring. Updated kitchen ready to cook your favorite dishes, outside grill on deck that leads to a bonfire pit in the back yard, walk-out mud room to contain the days dirt and a 50in TV w/Blu Ray player for winding down. WARNING: trailers over 28ft should contact me before booking.

Historic year-round cabin along lakeshore w/dock

The lake home was built in the early 1930's to house the engineers constructing the entire TVA (Tennessee Valley Authority) system that created dams and hydro-electric power throughout the region. It also provided jobs that helped with employment during the Great Depression. A wonderful addition we made recently was a dock, which remains in the water from sometime in March until late October. Please note this is an old, quaint home. It has its quirks.

2 BR, 1 bathroom renovated 11/25 with (shower/tub) in quiet neighborhood. Close to grocery store and local shopping, ORNL, eateries, walking trails, ATV/Bike Windrock Park (7 miles), several local parks, and 1.5 hrs to Gatlinburg and the Great Smoky Mnts Nat Pk. It has 1 couch and 1 sofa bed in the living room to pull out into 1 full size bed. Accommodates 8 people.

This 815 sqft home has 2 bedrooms and 1.5 baths. Located 4 miles to UT campus and downtown Knoxville, with a doggie door and small fenced in yard. Pets are welcome with no extra charges. If you need a longer stay, message me to see if the dates are available. This is my home and not a full time rental property.
