Welcome to our Sunsphere Studio, a space to recharge on a quiet street moments from the interstate. Our home is close to everything you could desire; coffee shops, eateries, breweries, boutiques and a park with a paved walking trail. Find your getaway in our BRAND NEW guest suite furnished with a king bed, organic cotton sheets, blackout shades, sound machine, kitchenette, oversized bathroom, and complimentary snacks (a must have). To all our FOOTBALL FANS - we're a quick 5 miles to the stadium!

The Craftsman @Windrock- Hot Tub

Come on in with your family and bring your friends to The Craftsman. Relax after an exciting day at Windrock, (12 minutes to The General Store) or Brushy Mountain (18 minutes) both minutes away from this completely updated custom house. Enjoy some time in the hot tub located behind a privacy fence or sit on the deck and enjoy grilling out with family and friends. There is trailer parking and additional spaces for cars. No direct trail access, does have a UTV route to check in without trailering.

Plenty of space and privacy in this cottage over looking the fields and pond. Sit back and relax watching the horses and goats graze. Located minutes away from Oak Ridge/Clinton/Knoxville. Melton Hill lake has outdoor activities, restaurant & nice walking trail and is 10 minutes away. University of TN is 23 minutes away and Oak Ridge is 13 minutes. The 16’ ceilings make this 480 sq. ft. space feel enormous. The Kitchen has a full size refrigerator, keurig, microwave & single burner hot plate.

Trail 22 Lodge- Direct Trail Access

Unwind at this cozy off-road getaway. Direct access from yard to G23 connects to Trail 22 no trailering needed! ~10 min to Windrock General Store. Enjoy the outdoors with a fire pit, flat top grill, picnic table, gravel parking. This small Amish built park model cabin offers 2 BR with full beds/ 1 bath + a sleeping loft accessible from a ladder (2 camping mats) and a futon for up to 6 along with full kitchen amenities. This is only about 15 minutes from Oak Ridge. We live next door where we raise rabbits and chickens, and several vegetable gardens. It's across the road from the lake, and the picnic area is within walking distance (swimming and fishing, too). Our dogs don't know that this house is not theirs, so will be over daily to get their treats (we'll supply). So you must love dogs, farm animals and vegetable gardens. We're out in the country, so restaurants, gas stations are about a 15 min. drive.

Serenity and seclusion awaits you at Busha's Barn. The nicely appointed studio has everything you need to enjoy your visit. The kitchen has a full refrigerator, convection/microwave, two eye burner, coffee pot, toaster. Relax on the couch and watch tv or take a nap in the comfortable queen size bed. If you are working from home there is a desk and of course wfi. Situated on a heavily wooded acre surrounded by birds and wildlife. Take a short hike down the path to Beaver Creek.

Knoxville Little House

The Knoxville Little House is a recently converted 380 square-foot structure. Half of the house contains a kitchen and living space and the other half contains the bedroom and bath/laundry. This cute little house is perfect for a single guest or couple and one child. We are located in a quiet neighborhood with access to I 75 and downtown Knoxville within minutes. Enjoy the many things to see and do in and around Knoxville and then come back and relax in our little dwelling.

Guest remark on the cleanliness and small touches. Please Note~There are no added cleaning fees or pet fees. Guests love the large yard, ability to move the living room furniture around to suit their needs, and the games and books. The kitchen is well stocked as well. There are two outdoor areas with seating and smoking is allowed outside. The RV or Boat parking is a bonus. Check ahead for availability. There is a large, padlocked storage shed for bikes and gear.
