Come relax at the bunkhouse on a 100 acre ranch that has 3 private ponds, longhorn cattle, deer, coyote, wild birds and lots of fishing! Beautiful sunsets, sunrises & bird watching! Only minutes from Pine Dunes Golf Course, Neches River Run, Athens Diver Park, 5H Sports, New York Zipline and Lake Palestine! The place can get muddy or dusty (depending on conditions.) Wheneverwood Hideaway: FREE farm fresh eggs w/stay

Unique and tranquil getaway. We have all the amenities you will need for a great stay. A stylish little cabin in the country with access to walking trails, a pool, and a hot tub($) at the main house. We have farm animals and we run an animal rescue that can have up to 32 dogs. They stay in a fenced-in yard where the pool is located and love to swim with guests! We have added Starlink internet to the cabin as well as a smart TV to greatly enhance your entertainment options during your stay.

The “Beach” House backs to 17 acres of secluded forest. Walking trails, creek, yard games, and above ground pool. Friendly chickens and small pups on property. Near the Neches Wildlife Refuge and River Run. Groomed acre of wide open dog/child/adult play and event space. 3 tiny homes on property each with separate patio, deck, fire pit, outdoor grill/dining space. Minimum of 2 parking spots per house with lots of room for adjustments for trailers/trucks/atv’s. Can always book both tiny Houses!

Come enjoy our home that’s just 5 minutes from downtown and sits on 5 acres. Explore our trails and see if you can find all of our animals, fairies and gnomes. Relax in the massage chair or take a nice jacuzzi bubble bath or shower with a rainfall plus 4 more shower heads, after your hike. Create decadent meals in our chef’s kitchen to regain your strength. Little House By the Lake

(SMOKE FREE PROPERTY) This is our happy place and we hope you will love it, too! Our secluded house by the lake is two bedroom (one master with a king-size and a 2nd bedroom with 4 kid bunk beds, room to sleep on the couch, too), two bath, kitchen, washer, dryer, games, gas fire pit, decks, dock, tall trees, and tranquility. Near the south end of the lake and it is shallow. Great fishing. THE HOUSE HAS A FAINT CIGARETTE SMELL. FEW NOTICE. DO NOT BOOK IF YOU HAVE SMOKE SENSITIVITY.

Twin Oaks Ranch

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Fishing is permitted in the ponds. The ponds are stocked with a dock. Enjoy a walk through the forest trails. Clean and newly renovated guest house. A fully equipped kitchen is provided with all the necessary utensils. The bedroom has a king-size bed. Two couches can be pulled out to create two additional beds. We welcome dogs. There is a fenced yard for dogs and a doggy door. Enjoy a night by the fire pit. 15 minutes to town.

The Lakeside Lodge

Sunrise Cottage 2: Sabor a Pasion

This sunrise cottage is located on the grounds of Sabor a Pasion Bed & Breakfast. It’s the perfect place to relax, unwind and be immersed in the scenery. Well-known as a culinary destination, Chef Simon Webster created this haven in 2004. Gourmet breakfast is included with your stay. Dinner in the onsite restaurant can also be added. Flowers, chocolates or other special requests can also be added. Sunrise Cottage 2 has a queen bed and private bathroom with shower.
