Δεν ενδείκνυται για παιδιά κάτω των 7 ετών (βλ. & παρακάτω).

Ideal also for young children as a play area. The house is large, 90sq m and airy with one large living space with 1 bed and two sofas suitable for children, a separate bedroom with a double bed and 2 bathrooms with showers, the one en suite with the bedroom.

The sea and the sand of Agios Petros beach is only 50meters from the property.

An ideal choice for couples and families wishing to enjoy relaxing holidays in an elegant Aegean island, and to explore the numerous beaches, sites and cultural spaces of Andros. Στο Μπατσί της Άνδρου, ήσυχο στούντιο σε συγκρότημα κατοικιών. Μονόχωρο, 23 τ.μ. δίπλα στη θάλασσα, σε κτήμα 4 στρμ. Μαγευτική θέα στο απέραντο γαλάζιο του Αιγαίου με καταπληκτικό ηλιοβασίλεμα. Εχει πρόσβαση σε υπέροχη αμμουδιά, από την πλαϊνή σκάλα του σπιτιού. Ο χώρος μου είναι κατάλληλος για ζευγάρι με δύο μικρά παιδιά ή δραστηριότητες για ένα άτομο ή ζευγάρι.
