We have a dock where you can tie your boat and have direct access to Lake of the Woods. Enjoy a unique experience of being remote, on the water, yet in the community. Located on a wooded 5 acres with 400 feet of waterfront, you have the North Country seclusion and are still just a 10-minute walk from the amenities of downtown Warroad. Perfect for outdoorsmen and family adventures!

A Midnight Hideaway

​Welcome to The Midnight Hideaway, your secluded forest escape designed for deep, restorative comfort. This cabin wraps you in a cozy, moody atmosphere, featuring sleek, dark walls, wood ceilings, and large picture windows that bring the quiet woods right to you. Luxury is built into every detail: the wide-plank hardwood floors are heated, and the plush leather furniture is also heated and equipped with massage functions. Settle in next to the fireplace, unwind far from the everyday noise.

A mid-century modern cottage designed for relaxation, family gatherings, and year-round adventure. Featuring a hot tub, a wood-burning fireplace, updated kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and a stunning upstairs primary suite with ensuite bath. On a quiet back road, a 2-minute walk to the beach, this cottage combines privacy with convenience. Private boat docking can also be arranged if required. In addition, a separate 2-bedroom guest cabin may be available by arrangement and for an additional fee.

Northern Lights Studio

Located downstairs from The Northstar Getaway. Enjoy what the Warroad area has to offer! Fishing, skating, ATV riding, snowmobiling. The rental is located approximately one and a half miles SW of Warroad. Just minutes from the Gardens Arena, Lake of the Woods, the Warroad River, and Beltrami Island State Forest. During the winters there are snowmobile trails near the house. It is 16 mi from Beltrami Island State Forest, 26 mi from Hayes Lake State Park, and 29 mi from Zippel Bay.

The Northern Nook

Newer Construction! Escape to your own custom built log cabin! This cozy retreat offers a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort. Outside, you can enjoy an open yard, a fire-pit, and a covered porch. Inside you will find all necessary amenities, including linens/towels and most everything you will need in the kitchen to cook a meal. All you need to bring is your groceries and personal items. It is secluded and surrounded by trees, yet just a couple minutes from Warroad!

This freshly renovated cabin is the perfect home base as you enjoy all that Lake of the Woods has to offer. If you’re looking for outdoor adventure, the cabin is centrally located amidst miles of snowmobile trails and nearby lake/ fishing access at Long Point Resort. Inside you’ll find 3 bedrooms and plenty of sleeping space, a fully outfitted kitchen, and a living room ready for relaxation. Step outside to a spacious, wooded lot, where patio furniture, grill, and fire pit await.

One Cozy one bedroom cabin located on beautiful Winnipeg River and reasonable distance to downtown Kenora and to the TransCanada Highway. Fully equipped/furnished cabin, including wifi/satellite TV, all you have to bring is your personal effects. Simple and basic style. It is peaceful and surrounded by wildlife. The owners house and one other cabin is on the property. The cabin is in a rural area, but not secluded. Overall laid back atmosphere in a little piece of paradise.

Our 200 sqft rustic A-frame cabin on a 10 acre property with soaker tub, and 2 excited off leash dogs. The cabin is in a private spot 150 feet from the main house, and a 300 foot walk from parking. Cabin features a double bed in the loft, and a convertible couch. Kitchen is fully functioning with fridge, stove, cookware, dishes, soap and linens. Water is a jug/bucket system. Toilet is a sawdust bucket composting toilet. Heated by wood stove. 25 minutes from Falcon Lake.

Enjoy an evening of star gazing. This little paradise will hit all the outdoorsy vibes, without compromising on comfort. It’s even air conditioned!

The Vagabond

Nestled into the forest, your stay includes a stand-alone bedroom facing into the forest with windows on all sides. Take the boardwalk to The Vagabond - a restored 1958 metal shell trailer. Custom birch interior, original windows and doors, cozy back bedroom, bright and liveable interior space. Cook in the well stocked kitchen and hang out in the screened in dining room. Feel like you're in the forest whether you’re indoors or outdoors.

The PineCone Loft

Relax with the whole family at our off-grid PineCone Loft! 10 minutes to Whiteshell Provincial Park. Enjoy our outdoor space complete with bbq area, outdoor fireplace and wood fire hot tub. Come inside and get cozy on our sectional centered around the stove or play games in our quaint dining room. The loft is a serene getaway and our bunk room is great for kids or extra guests!
