The Green Room has the option of a super kingsize bed or two very comfortable singles. It's light and airy and is bathed in sunshine for much of the afternoon. There is a delightful en-suite with traditional pedestal basin, frosted sage furniture and a large shower with oodles of hot water to enjoy. Breakfast is included in the price, with the option of continental or full cooked Scottish breakfast. You can also use the shared sitting/breakfast room with TV, complementary tea, coffee & cake. ​

You have a large light 32 sq meter room that has a very comfy double bed and a double sofa bed. There is a table and chairs in large bay window where you can have breakfast and/or use as a working space .There is off road parking at back of property and we are well located for golfing in Carnoustie or St Andrews.

For Mon-Tue evening meals we provide Oakhouse Foods Frozen complete meals.
