Our 1948 vacation home is on 4 acres & boasts 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths, 2 half baths, Bridal Suite (4th bedroom), 70s TV/Game Room, Tiki Bar, & Children's Playroom. Outside we have a pool (guaranteed to be open 5/26 - 9/5) & hot tub (year round). Located 15min away from Downtown DSM & a mile away from a grocery store/restaurants. Up to 2 dogs allowed for an additional fee. ***Events/photo shoots are allowed with written permission only and will be an added fee. No events larger than 25 total.***

We have 4 bed rooms upstairs. Three queen beds, one full bed, guest bathroom upstairs and includes one master queen -bed room with attached full master bath room. Lots of floor space with a blow up mattress available. Large kitchen with a powder room bathroom off the kitchen and family room , living room, dinning room, and a deck. Driveway parks 2-3vehicles. Safe parking on the west side of the street,( across the street from our home). Can not park on the side of the street our home is on.

We live upstairs, so you may hear us occasionally, but we strive to be as quiet as possible. We can't wait to host you and make your visit a memorable one!

A brand-new listing. Nestled near the hustle and bustle of the District at Prairie Trail is Peaceful Retreat. A one-bedroom studio apartment on the 2nd floor with your own entrance. My home is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood of Ankeny with a 16 min. drive to downtown Des Moines and Wells Fargo Arena. The high trestle trail is about 8 blocks away with a nice park 1 block away. The highlight of my home is the newly remodeled bedrooms and bathroom. There are queen beds in each of the bedrooms. The guest bed is brand new. The living room has a 55” LG OLED 4k TV with a PlayStation 5. I have high-speed cable internet with cable through slingTV.
