Dream home in the woods (Sister lakes area)

We are renting out a 2 Bedroom Appartment (lower level) in our house/duplex. It has a separate entry and is located in a tree rich area. A natural area begins right behind the house. The sister lakes are in a 3 min walking distance. The apartment is conviniently located in Ann Arbor - 2.2 mi to Downtown - 3.5 mi to the Big House - 2.8 mi to UofM central campus A bus stop and a great coffee place (19 Drips) are in walking distance. Please make sure to enter the right amount of guests ;-)

Relax in a charming, quaint Colonial Revival bungalow. This cozy home is a 1923-design (built in 1927) historically-registered Sears and Roebuck kit home, and the design is called the Betsy Ross. The home has lots of windows and light, and it is very peaceful and comfortable. It has been fully refreshed, but the original character was kept and fills the entire home. The rooms are well appointed and very comfortable, with all the modern amenities. Come walk back in time and enjoy Ann Arbor!
