Birubi Beach is a 2 minute walk. Also five minutes walk to shops, Tavern & restaurants. Off street car space. Studio style accommodation (64 sq. m. of space), includes queen bed, Air Conditioning & ceiling fan, kitchenette - no stove, fridge, & bathroom facilities. Living area, lounge & television. Tea, coffee & milk provided. The studio is a separate building at the rear of our home with guest access day & night. Suitable for single guests as well as a couple.

Our family getaway is walking distance to the village centre (with a grocery store, family-style restaurants and the local pub) and a quick car ride away from Birubi and One Mile Beach. At home you can spend time by the pool, relax in the outdoor entertaining space, sleep in quality beds and cook with everything you need for a delicious feast. Our place is good for couples, families (with kids), small groups up to 8 people, and furry friends (pets).

Accommodation is a single level dwelling with an open plan kitchen and living area. 2 big Queen bedrooms & a 3 way bathroom. The good-sized paved and grassed outdoor area backs onto bushland. The getaway is a haven thanks to its cosiness, quietness, privacy & location. Suits 4 adults. Only house trained "smallish" dogs allowed with own bedding. NO--dogs on beds or lounges. NO--dogs left inside unattended. NO--electric scooters allowed!!

Newly built in 2023 on our property located on a private and serene street, backing onto the very special Soldiers Point Reserve - home to an abundance of bird life and koalas - you will hear the laughing of kookaburras throughout the day.
