Cosy up and unwind, or explore the broader Hunter Valley. The self contained cottage (converted servants quarters), is your own little oasis within the broader grounds of Berry House. Use the pool and sauna, explore the gardens, collect some farm fresh eggs, feed the sheep or just chill. Delightful spot for kids with friendly cat and two dogs.

The locals refer to our beach as Little Salamander Beach and because of the beautiful white sand, calm water, paperbark trees and amazing sunsets all year through, we are the envy of many people who continually return to our patch of paradise. The main residence, where owners live, is waterfront and is on one of the most sought after stretches of sandy beach.

NO--dogs left inside unattended. NO--electric scooters allowed!!
