Located on 3.5 acres at the end of a country lane, the Shiny Tiny overlooks a pastural yard. Very private. Lots of Boat/trailer parking. Just a short stroll to Lake Neely Henry. Shiny was a custom heavy-duty portable dental office, converted in 2019 to a 500 sf Tiny by the builder host. Pet Friendly. New, cute & cozy. Lake Access to kayak, swim or boat. Sunrise Cabin (C1) at Parksland Retreat

Private Cabin with a Wood Stove, Sink, Cook Stove, Full Bed, linens, bedding, pillows and towels. Fall - Spring: shared Hot Tub Available Friday nights. Shared Sauna Available with cold plunge Saturday nights. Cabin is accessed by a trail (386 ft long) from the retreat center (521 ft from parking). Privy and shower are at the center. Parking for one car only. Parksland is a clothing optional retreat. We honor each person's clothing choices.

Mountain Lake Villa

A tiny home that is located right at the foot of Lookout Mountain and just in front of Weiss Lake. Here you are less than a mile from a public boat access. Minutes away from Cherokee Rock Village, Little River Canyon, Little River, Coosa River, and Neely Henry Lake. The home sits across the field from me and is situated with a twin home that could be rented by someone else. Yours will be the one on the left.
