This elegant two-storey historical villa has been renovated with respect to preserving all of its architectural elements and hand painted ceiling. Located in the prestigious area of Piton, overlooking the harbour and with direct access to a road for those who want to avoid the steps of Symi. The front courtyard welcomes you with a lavish garden that is unusual for the island, shaded by trees. The house has a large master bedroom, a triple smaller bedroom and another on the upper floor.

We will meet you in the harbour upon arrival and drive you to the house.

Blue House divided into two private apartments, located in Harani a lovely quiet area which is just a ten minute walk away from the harbour front, five more minutes takes you to the local beach NOS. To reach this property you will have to climb up about 120 steps off the main road, but well worth the effort for the wonderful sea view looking towards the entrance of the harbour and the opposite side of the island. "Klimataria" Τraditional Ηouse with Panoramic View

A lovely traditional house for 2-3 persons (ideally a couple with a kid) on the highest part of Chorio, the oldest part of the village, with a beautiful panoramic view of the whole island and the two ports, from a theatrical square with an ancient plane tree. Ideal for quiet nights, listening to the cicadas, away from the hustle of Gialos, and for beautiful walks among the traditional village houses, a few steps away of the Archaeological Museum.

However, we are at your disposal to meet with your needs if possible. We restored this old dwelling with great care and respect aiming not to "betray" its history and charm. The upper floor has been reformed to a functional 63 m2 apartment with a private entrance. Simple but elegant, it can accommodate visitors with interest in the culture of a place as expressed through the local craftsmanship; and it will be a great pleasure for us to help them discover Symi in the best way.

Το πέτρινο είναι ένα οίκημα της Σύμης το οποίο συνδυάζει την καλαισθησία με την παράδοση εφόσον διαθέτει την παλιά ' μουσάντρα- κρεβάτι' στην οποία οι κάτοικοι της Σύμης συνήθιζαν να φιλοξενούν αγαπημένα τους πρόσωπα!Το οίκημα βρίσκεται στο κέντρο του χωριού στην περιοχή κάμπος δίπλα στην εκκλησία του Αγίου Ελευθερίου με εύκολη πρόσβαση προς το Γιαλό - Λιμάνι και άλλους όμορφους προορισμούς του νησιού!

Dépaysement et quiétude dans cette confortable maison traditionnelle intégralement restaurée, située au coeur du pittoresque village de Chorio. Facile d'accès et parking à proximité. La plage la plus proche se trouve à 1,2 km de la maison et est desservie par des petits bus, comme tous les lieux de l'ile. Il vous sera aisé d'accéder aux autres plages par bateaux navettes.

A fresh renovation took place in 2022. Brand new kitchen and bathroom, brand new furniture and new design of the space. The house includes the living room which is also the dining room and the two sofas are sofa beds. Next room, is the kitchen and master bedroom and bathroom. The gem of the house is the balcony with an amazing view.

Milias House Right on the sea (down floor)

Milias House is located in the seaside village of Pedi in the homonymous bay, 3,5 km from Yalos, Symi's harbor. Milias House can accomodate 8 people in both floors. Ιf you are four people or less, you may b rend one of the two floors. Milias House is right on the sea, in front of, literally on the beach.

Asterope Traditional House of Symi-Anoi

The Asterope House of Symi is a traditional, stone built spacious family house, clinging on the foot of a hillside, just 40 steps above the sea level, offering breathtaking views of the superb natural harbour of Symi and the Aegean Sea.
