Even with simple living, we are only 35+ minutes away from the Twin Cities and Minneapolis and much closer to other suburbs if you'd like to sight see more of MN!!!

Come stay at Sunset Bay, where the sky comes alive as the sun slips below the secluded tree line right out your back door. Here, your family can enjoy that much needed getaway on the near half acre lot, situated on a quite lakeside cul-de-sac. Crisps fall nights beckon for the warmth of the lakeside bonfire pit or living room fireplace. Bring your cross country skis or snowmobile once the snow arrives, your back door will connect you to hundred's of miles of trails and boundless fun.

Relax with the whole family at this cozy getaway. The up north feel without the hours of travel. This is a fully recreational lake so swim and fish right off the dock. Bring your kayaks, boat, or jet skis and park them on the dock. There is plenty of room on the lake for skiing or cruising and if you want to see a little nature there is a narrow inlet right around the corner where it is common to see all types of wildlife to include a wide variety of birds.

Charming 1927 craftsman cottage with three bedrooms and two baths. Amazing kitchen with gas Wolfe range and oven. Beautiful gardens in a secluded, park like setting. Close to both Minneapolis and St. Paul and only 10 minutes from the Minnesota State Fair grounds. A 10 minute walk leads to the Long Lake Regional Park, with many hiking and biking trails, a public beach, and lake access. Decorated with period accents.

Comfort and convenience. This clean 2 bedroom unit is located on the northwest edge of Minneapolis. 10 min drive to downtown Minneapolis. 20 mins to Mall of America, 25 min to Airport. The two bedroom apt is simply decorated with the basics.
