Unique Kas home with idyllic garden and sea views

This year for the first time we have decided to rent out our beautiful family house for others to enjoy for their summer holidays. This unique place is a renovation of an old Kas village house with a 10 metre cedar wood balcony and is nestled in its own private garden with two patios, a hammock and lemon, orange, pomegranate, olive, and fig trees. With beautiful views of the sea and the Greek island it is perfectly located - the centre of town and local beaches are just a 5 minute walk away.

Hadrian’s Gate / Old Town

Historical and Luxury House in the Old Town. The location of the house is in the old town and very close to Hadrian's gate. The house gives you the opportunity to experience historical places and luxury at the same time. There are markets, supermarkets, bus and tram stations, beach,restaurants, museums, bars, night clubs, shopping malls and shops near the house. The distance between the house and the airport is 14 km. From the airport to the house, you can take a taxi, tram and VIP transfer.

Unique view and private garden.

Our wooden house is located in a big private garden. It offers privacy and uninterrupted views of the beautiful surroundings. The self-catering accomodation. The house is open-plan living area with a single bed, an eating area and kitchenette, with a separate bedroom a double bed and bathroom. The house is fully equipped, bedding and towels are provided. Sit on the deck and enjoy the view while listening to the sound of nature and the river flowing beside you. Have a nice time :)

The space is newly renovated also decorated and spacious compared to the old town houses. Couple of minutes of walking away to beach, restaurants, coffee shops, bars, park & public transport. 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 bathroom at first floor and another WC in ground floor. Every room has air conditioner, fully-equipped kitchen, Smart TV and WIFI. Suitable for couples & families. House is well equipped with all essentials and extras.

B2- Cozy wooden bungalow with pool, private garden

Our self-made bungalow is an ideal escape for a very relaxing holiday in the middle of the nature. From the small balcony you can enjoy breakfasts, overlooking the Mediterranean and the mountains. Inside the bungalow you will find a small kitchen which provides everything for preparing your breakfast (fridge, water-heater, cups, plates etc.). A small wooden bathroom includes shower (hot water available) and toilet.

OldTown and Sea View Apartment

Our flat is in the heart of Antalya, just across the Old City called Kaleici, with sea view. Kaleiçi, which has a private beach where you can swim, is the touristic focal point of Antalya, which has witnessed history since ancient times. There are all the facilities you need (market, pharmacy, restaurants, historical buildings, cafes) around our flat.

Eşsiz Deniz Manzaralı Kaşta Balayı Villası

Zeytin ağaçları içinde modern bir yapı. Uyandığınızda denizin masmavi manzarasını görebileceğiniz harika bir manzarası bulunuyor. Sizde bu anı kaçırmayın. Denize 1.5 km uzaklıktadır. Villaya giden yolun son 100 metresi %20’lik bir eğimden oluşmaktadır. Villamızın terası dışarıdan görünmemektedir. Havuzumuzda ısıtma yoktur.

Its prime location offers seafront tranquility whilst being just a 5 minute drive from the centre of Kas town. The sea platforms are just 80 meters from the house, accessed via a shady stairway.
