Bölgenin şirin sokaklarında tarihin büyüsünü hissedeceksiniz. Misafirlerimizin büyük çoğunluğunu ailelerin oluşturması, aile işletmesi olmamızla birlikte seyahatlerinin her aşamasında kendilerinin yanında olmamızdan kaynaklanmaktadır. Tarihe ev sahipliği yaptığımız güvenli ve huzurlu villamızda sizleri de ağırlamak isteriz.

Evimiz 2023 yılında tamamen yenilenmiş ve kendi evinizdeki gibi ; tüm ihtiyaçlarınıza yönelik detaylı düşünülerek döşenmiştir. Etrafında her türlü alışveriş, restaurant ve ulaşım imkanları bulunan evimiz sizlere konfor ile beraber lüks ve kaliteli bir tatil imkanı sunacaktır. Her odasında Mitsubishi Electric klimalar ve Hansgrohe armatürler ile donatılmış özel mimari mobilya uygulanmıştır.

Osmanlı house

Hadrianus Gate is 100 me. from the house located. The house is located in Kaleici on a few minutes from tram and busstops, situated on Ata Turk Cadessi, Mermerli beach is on 10 min,.walking . The apartment with 3 bedrooms-dinning room-lounge-kitchen-bathroom- terrace are located on the first floor. The bedrooms-lounge and dinningroom and kitchen have a airconditioning for both: cooling and heating. Downstairs there is a place for a bbq. The washing machine can be used free of charge

Hadrian’s Gate / Old Town

Historical and Luxury House in the Old Town. The location of the house is in the old town and very close to Hadrian's gate. The house gives you the opportunity to experience historical places and luxury at the same time. There are markets, supermarkets, bus and tram stations, beach,restaurants, museums, bars, night clubs, shopping malls and shops near the house. The distance between the house and the airport is 14 km. From the airport to the house, you can take a taxi, tram and VIP transfer.

Oldtown-Kaleici most luxurious suite 1

Wifi connection speed is 50 - 200 mbps which is the upper limit in turkey.There is 24 hours hot water in my house and it is designed as 1 room and 1 living room. The sofa can be a bed in the living room.There are 2 air conditioners(TOSHİBA). It is 2 minutes walking distance to historical places and restaurants in oldtown. The world famous MERMERLİ beach is 5 minutes away. The house has a very large garden and if desired, breakfast and dinner can be eaten in the garden. -airport 25 minutes
