Ground floor mediterranean designed cosy studio apartment with relaxing garden. There is a security 7/24 just across the street. Please note that you may hear the elevator's normal operational sounds when it’s in use. Beautiful watercourse 'Boğaçayı' is just around the corner. You can be on the beach just in 2 min walking. You can find many restaurants when you walk on the seaside. Diverse restaurants and breakfast/lunch/dinner cafes within minutes walk. The best our city center has to offer!

The house is open-plan living area with a single bed, an eating area and kitchenette, with a separate bedroom a double bed and bathroom. The house is fully equipped, bedding and towels are provided. Sit on the deck and enjoy the view while listening to the sound of nature and the river flowing beside you. Have a nice time :)
