Take in the solitude and sunsets on the 500 square foot deck or with a soak in the hot tub.

Our property is perfect for enjoying the activities and views that come with this waterfront location. Enjoy a day out kayaking and canoeing, relax on the large deck, barbecue with al fresco dining in the gazebo which features a mammoth stone fireplace, enjoy the large game room, explore the many scenic hiking trails and beaches in the area, visit Antigonish which is only a 10 minute drive away, and more. The peace, beauty, and activities available here provide an idyllic spot for your getaway.

Oceanhouse Nova Scotia - One of the best views!

The house is situated on the side of a small mountain with an amazing ocean view. The décor is modern and the main floor has access to a beautiful deck. Within the small community there is access to 28 miles of hiking trails that you can join from behind the house. There are beaches nearby and a lighthouse. The nearest town is Antigonish, which is 25 minutes away by car and provides all your amenities such as restaurants, bars, hospital, shopping. Cape Breton Island is one hour away by car.

Ocean view/trail access. Camping without the hassle! Begin exploring Cape Breton. 15 mins to Port Hood’s 5 warm, sandy beaches and only 15 minutes to nearest town. Get on beach and trail right from the property. Bring 4 wheelers, bikes and kayaks for use. Waterfalls and gypsum mine lake to hike and enjoy in the area. It’s camping, no tv but we have cell service and a fire pit, and bbq. Swim in clear, clean ocean with sandbar. If you come closer to the main residence, you can also get wifi.
