Villa Seaton’s in Jolly Harbour is a rare gem offering 3 bdr and 3 bathrooms with unobstructed waterfront views of the harbor. Located on the quiet North Finger, it features an open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area leading to a spacious waterfront deck. The downstairs includes a twin-size en-suite bedroom, while upstairs boasts two air-conditioned en-suite bedrooms with serene views. Fully air-conditioned, this villa promises modern comfort and tranquility, making it the perfect escape.

Villa Playa - Jolly Harbour

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay, with the beach moments from your front door and the beautiful water right at the back of the villa. With two good sized bedrooms, one with a king size bed and luxury mattress and the other with a single over double bunk and separate single bed, the house is great for families. The communal facilities of Jolly Harbour are a short buggy-ride away, with swimming pool, gym, tennis and squash courts and a range of shops and restaurants.

The large property sits in 1.5 acres of tropical private gardens, benefiting from full use of amenities included within the price. The villa has recently been refurbished and newly decorated. All the rooms are of a very generous size. Guests have the option of self-catering in the villa enjoying local restaurants in English Harbour or an all inclusive daily charge. The owners have a 7-seater 4x4 to rent.
