Welcome to Tips Up, a residence in Golfside Condos at Shanty Creek Ski and Golf Resort. This first floor condo sits on the 18th hole of the Cedar River Golf Course designed by Tom Weiskopf and off the Purple Lift for skiing in/out. Enjoy the ease being situated right next door to the Lodge and it's amenities. The space also comes with use of the Lodge's outdoor pool, two hot tubs, and free shuttle bus between the 4 Villages and downtown Bellaire. We are located just 20 minutes from Torch Lake.

Whether you enjoy skiing, snowmobiling, golfing, orv'ing, sightseeing, or just lying on the beach, we have it all. So come hit the trails or enjoy our golf course then when done for the day, head back to a flaming fireplace or watch the stars by the firepit in summer. Resort amenities including the beach, when open, are available at ADDITIONAL COST and registration. We are pet friendly with a 2 dog maximum, no cats. Security cameras are facing front porch,driveway and back door.

Condo comes with pool pass to use at schuss mountain pool or summit pool. Small kitchen with utensils and Keurig coffee, countertop oven and crock pot. Modern updated Boyne Mountain studio condo in the Villa perfect for a small family or group. You will be a short walk to all the Boyne Mountain amenities and restaurants. The closest lift is a walkable 100 yards away. This condo is comfy, cozy, and bright. With a wall of windows, natural light floods this beautiful condo. High ceilings make the 350 sq feet seam a bit larger. Being an end unit it offers a lot of privacy.
