A glorious sandy beach with two shipwrecks is a twenty five min. drive away. In the winter the Stone House has a wood burning fire making it an accommodation which is suitable for holidays in all seasons, especially walking holidays, each season having it's own special charm. Four marked walks start from Arni itself.

Αποτελείται από το κυρίως υπνοδωμάτιο, ένα δεύτερο κλειστό δωμάτιο που έχει τη χρήση καθιστικού και μετατρέπεται σε υπνοδωμάτιο με 2 καναπέδες-κρεβάτια & το χώρο κουζίνας πάνω από την οποία και το μπάνιο, υπάρχει ανοικτός υπερυψωμένος κρεβατότοπος, με 2 μονά στρώματα. Δεν ενδείκνυται για παιδιά κάτω των 7 ετών.

Η πρόσβαση στο σπιτι γίνεται μέσω σκαλοπατιών του μονοπατιού που αποτελεί τμήμα της δημοφιλούς πεζοπορικής διαδρομής Νο 2 με ενδιάμεση στάση το τρεχούμενο ιαματικό νερό της πηγής "Σάριζα" και έχει απόσταση 100 μέτρα από τον αυτοκινητόδρομο.
