The Hideaway Torquay - 200m Walk To The Beach

Created by people who don’t like having the doors closed, the house has been designed to make inside and outside feel like one... the covered veranda is a seamless extension of the home, where rattan furniture, swinging chairs, floor rugs, a bar and a floating lounge beneath the palm trees will make it hard to leave. Add to that a woodfire pizza oven, fire pit, BBQ, dartboard and outdoor games, and there’s seemingly no need to venture beyond the garden gate.... except the beach - only 200m away!

ONE BLOCK FROM THE BEACH! The Newly renovated "Felix Beach House" is THE PERFECT BEACH HOUSE. The location is to die for with the beach 150m from the front door. The town centre is less than a 10 minute walk with all its bustling cafes. Smell the sea air and hear the waves from your bedroom. You will not find a house with a better location. A beautifully renovated 50's beach house in a quiet setting within walking distance to the Swing Bridge and local shopping strip. A well appointed house with stunning views to Lorne pier and surrounding township. A second new living room has recently been added to provide additional relaxation areas. Bed linen and towels provided. The house is not suitable for children 2 to 12 years old subject to a specific discussion. We have a strict NO SMOKING policy for the convenience of other guests.

Torquay is a popular beach destination year round, a gateway to the Great Ocean Road and surrounds. Our Home is comfortable and pet friendly with all amenities required for an stress free enjoyable stay. We are located in the quiet ‘old’ part of Torquay across the road from Whites (beautiful dog friendly) beach with walking and biking tracks leading to town centre about 2km away. Cafes, restaurants, bars, playgrounds, shops and supermarkets are easily accessible by a walk or short drive.
