Tiny Home Near the Springs

Fresh air and back to nature. Imagine a tiny but comfortable hotel room in a rural setting. You'll hear roosters crow as the sun rises. Take a walk on a moonless cloudless night, and you may see stars. This 190 sq. ft. tiny house is a ten minute drive to either Rock Springs or Wekiva Springs, a four minute bike ride to the West Orange Trail which runs for 22 miles, and a 15 minute drive to the Lake Apopka Wildlife Drive. The major theme parks are a 30 to 45 minute drive, depending on traffic.

On 5 beautiful wooded acres with a boat dock on the canal. Relax by the shared pool, enjoy a BBQ by the firepit, fish from the boat dock, enjoy nature, or simply read a book in the gazebo. Sapphire Cottage has a Master with a queen size bed, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 full size sofa-beds, dinning area for 6, and a full size bathroom. Whether you are looking to relax, enjoy the farm animals, or a bit of adventure we have the perfect location. We live in the main house across the cottage.

Enjoy your stay in this beautifully decorated studio with all the conveniences of home. The bed is Queen. We are located in College Park of Orlando. On Edgewater Drive there are restaurants, bars, and boutique shops. Close to downtown , 30 min. from all the attractions, and 5 min. from one of the city’s largest hospitals, 23 miles from ORMC airport. Walking distance from the historic Dubsdread Golf Club and restaurant. Pet fee required. Please make sure to add the pet to the reservation.

Charming Studio with Garden (West of Orlando)

We are proud to present a No Smoking on Premises Airbnb. My studio apartment is just the perfect place to hangout. There is a nice fire pit on the back patio and logs to relax with friends and enjoy the warm weather. The black gravel parking space in front is for the use of the Studio guests. Private 2-bedroom home with a queen size bed and a separate room with a twin daybed. There are many exciting things to do in the area! My home is about 30 minutes from theme parks such as Universal, SeaWorld, and Disney parks. Extra activities to do are Southern Hill Farms to pick fresh fruits and sunflowers. Want more fun in the sun? There is Wekiwa National park which is 7 miles away for kayaking and water springs. Additionally, Kings Landings is located 10 minutes away.

Is a small space completely private attached to the side of the house with a separated entrance from the main area. Clean, quite and safe. The studio has a bedroom, a bathroom and there is also an area with microwave, mini fridge, toaster and coffee maker. Wi-fi is available.
