Welcome to Opossum Hollow in the quaint mountain town of Travelers Rest! Our partially restored 1984 Airstream Excella, lovingly referred to as `Possum Holler', is situated on the same property as our home. With a covered space for parking and a 35 foot skylight deck, this outdoor space is designed for cool evening lounging and warm afternoon napping. We worked with a number of local artisans to design and create the entire space, ensuring most every element is handmade, upcycled, and recycled!

Part of the brand-new campsite, Trailside Stays that is conveniently located alongside the ski and mountain bike trails at Green Woodlands. This tiny house features 1 high quality queen-size bed, linens, kitchenette, large picture windows, bathroom with shower, heating and A/C, outdoor seating and grill top fire pit. Panther Branch Farm sits on 30 acres of lush mountainous terrain with streams, waterfalls and hiking trails to explore. On our small farm we have chickens, bees, goats, and alpacas that love to be hand-fed. Unwind in our outdoor spa, with a sauna and a natural spring water bath or simply relax and take in the peaceful views of the National Forest from the front door of this beautiful Airstream.

The house is NOT on the lake itself, but it is surrounded by trees in a lovely secluded spot. The only heat is a wood stove... but there is a 4-person cedar barrel sauna in the woods that is electric. A classic 1952 Spartanette travel trailer serves as an extra bedroom. This is a true retreat for romance and adventure.

Located 1.5 mi from The Natchez Trace and 4 mi from Leiper’s Fork Village.
