Aside from being just far enough, but just close enough to all the happenings in the city, my newly remodeled private entry, ground level basement apartment offers an escape from the noise and a place to unwind and relax. It is a split entry home w/ the Airbnb apartment door at the base of the steps & the owners' door at the top level of the stairs. The apartment (1,200 sq ft) features cozy furnishings; a spacious living room w/ a pull out queen bed, gas fireplace & TV; and a small kitchen w/ a Keurig coffee maker, toaster, mini fridge, stove/oven & microwave. The bedroom includes a queen bed & its own TV.

Our one bedroom garden level suite is a perfect home base as you explore the Twin Cities. Perfect location for exploring the city. Just a 7 minute walk to the lightrail and buses. And a 10-15 minutes drive to Mall of America, airport, the Armory, U.S. Bank Stadium, or downtown Minneapolis. Full living room, bedroom, bathroom, a mini kitchenette located in the laundry room, with free laundry. Guests have private entrance to the space and private parking.
