The Tarka Suite

We live in a quiet location situated on the outskirts of Barnstaple, tucked away in a quiet residential area. Nearest amenities are approx 15 min walk. “The Tarka suite”is made up of 3 seperate rooms plus a covered garden room with electric points. There is a king sized bed, 2 seater sofa, a small dining area and small well equipped kitchen area which includes a std fridge, a ninja twin drawer acti fry and single hob. Crockery, pans and cutlery are provided. Use of hot tub at extra cost.

Badgers’ Holt

Badgers’ Holt is a spacious, tastefully decorated and very comfortable family home with secure garden, offering outstanding views of the estuary and beyond. The property boasts its own dedicated parking space, a shared, second parking space and ample on-street parking. Fully equipped home including dishwasher and washer-dryer. Only a five minute walk into Appledore village with its wonderful cafes, boutique shops and restaurants. Up to 3 (well behaved!) dogs are welcome at no extra charge.

The popular destinations of Westward Ho! and Appledore are within 5 minutes drive. This apartment has 2 bedrooms, the master having a kingsize bed and balcony overlooking Northam village. The living room has a TV with Netflix included and there is good wi-fi throughout. There is a designated parking for 1 vehicle. The area is very peaceful.

Welcome to our coastal retreat, West Quay House has got everything, spacious living space, central location, top quality fittings and furnishings, and a breathtaking view. West Quay House offers stunning uninterrupted views across the ever changing seascape of the rivers Taw and Torridge estuary as they meet the Atlantic. The view is dynamic as the tide rises and falls bringing the sea to within 2m of the house at high tide and revealing the estuary rocks and sands at low tide.

A beautiful, ground floor flat, located just footsteps from the glorious sandy beach of Westward Ho! This self contained apartment has a spacious open plan living area with dining table and well equipped kitchen. There is a double bedroom with ample storage and a sofa bed in the lounge area. The secure porch provides an useful storage space for surfboards, bikes, wetsuits and other outdoor equipment. The property is south facing and enjoys its own off-road parking.
