The 2nd floor bdrm has a queen bed with a BIFOLD BARN door, the 3rd floor bdrm is its own private oasis boasting a queen bed, a desk, closet and futon. Cozy, updated, historical and has beautiful surroundings. A few blocks to amazing restaurants, Mile of Music venues, Performing Arts Center, The Expo Center, Lawrence University, parks, river trails, and shopping.

Private upper apartment with full kitchen, dining room, living room, bedroom with memory foam bed, bathroom with corner shower(no tub) and bonus room with queen size bed and futon. There is a shared drive way used for parking with one parking spot available. There is no overnight on street parking allowed. It is located in a quiet residential neighborhood neighborhood only 3 miles to Lambeau field or a mile to downtown on Green Bay north end near HWY 43. Not suitable for kids under 8.

This living space is in the lower level of our ranch home, which is located in a lovely and safe neighborhood. The furnishings in this area are mostly antique pieces that came from special family members. You may also use the screen porch and patio for relaxing in the spring/summer. You will have a private entrance through the garage so you can come and go as you like. The kitchen is furnished so you may cook. There are also many restaurants close by. Ask us if you need anything!

The living Rm features a sectional couch, a 65" Smart TV with complimentary prime video and capability to log into your Netflix or other accounts. Fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, range, air fryer, pots, pans, dishes ect. Keurig & k-cups in kitchen.

This home was built in 1900 and is located 0.4 miles from Appleton’s Thedacare Medical Center (AMC) and 2 miles from downtown Appleton (Mile of Music, Octoberfest, PAC) Going to a Packer Game!? -We are 22 miles from Lambeau Field. -There are also bar & grills near that offer busing (example Rookies Bar & Grill is 2 miles away)
