On the grounds you have a Hot Tub, Barn, Private Gym, Playground, Fire-pit, Hammock, Acres to Roam, Multiple Decks, etc. A quick ~10 minute walk to the Falling Rock Bridge on the Tye River for fishing, kayaking, tubing, or looking for Otters! Nelson lake has a boat ramp and public fishing just 5 miles away.

Beautiful home close to LU **New Updates**

A great family home that is perfect for gathering. There are three bedrooms upstairs. The master bedroom has a king bed. The two guest bedrooms have 2 singles in each. A pack and play, as well as air mattresses are available. The upstairs has 2 full baths, and the main level has a half bath. Laundry is also available. Situated on a large 1 acre lot this is perfect for outdoor entertaining. Netflix and Hulu are available on two big screen TV's. Outdoor and indoor toys available.

Acorn Hill in Lynchburg, Virginia, has an apartment which was built to accommodate larger groups and families. It is located next to our main lodge and on is the top floor of our Spa & Salon with a private entrance in the back.
