Observe farm activities, ie, moving the grass-fed cows from pasture to pasture, see some long horns nearby, or just kick back and relax on one of the property's ponds or creek!

Located on the James River in Amherst County this unique underground, riverfront home on 125 acres of farm land, features 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, full kitchen, living room and laundry room. River access for all guests. Frequent wildlife sightings include deer, bear, turkey, beavers and eagles. Come enjoy the river, watching trains pass by and taking in all that nature has to offer.

One bedroom, basement apartment in well kept house. The apartment is furnished with antiques and set on the corner of a farm with good views. The apartment has a private entrance and parking just outside the door. We are a retired but active couple who live upstairs. The kitchen has a Keurig coffee maker and is stocked with coffee, tea, coffee fixings, snacks, and light breakfast items. We are 25 minutes to downtown Lynchburg and 20 minutes to Appomattox.
