The Fulton pier is just a quarter mile down the road, with it's green lights make it an excellent choice for night fishing. Go for a swim in one of the two family friendly pools on the property.

The kitchen comes fully stocked with all the necessary essentials. The bedroom has a king bed while the sofa folds out to a queen memory foam mattress. From this area you are 5 minutes from HEB and 10 to Walmart. Downtown Rockport is a short walk up the road or a 1 minute cruise up the road.

This family friendly resort has it all, 2 swimming pools, private bay access, a observation deck overlooking the bay, multiple BBQ pit areas, horseshoes, basketball and shuffle board. This upstairs unit is less than 1 mile away from the Fulton fishing pier. Numerous restaurants and bars are within walking distance. Or take a stroll down Fulton beach road. Coffee on the patio area is perfect for watching the sunrise or sunset.
