This holiday apartment has been recently refurbished to a high standard. Its in a great location minutes from the harbour and marina and has lots of restaurants and pubs literally on the doorstep! It also boosts a lovely secluded terrace where you can relax over a glass of wine whilst getting a waft of the world renown Arbroath smokies! Take a stroll along the extensive coastline or venture inland for beautiful scenery. The major towns of Dundee,StAndrews,Edinburgh & Aberdeen are easily reached

Seafront Cottage - The Anchorage Carnoustie

Fully equipped seafront cottage. Central heating, fridge, cooker, nespresso coffee machine, dining area, outside sitting area. Close to Carnoustie golf course and other local courses, including St Andrews. 10 mins walk to train station (servicing Glasgow, Edinburgh, etc), supermarket, laundry facility, shops, restaurants and bars. On cycle/walking route. Close to Arbroath and Dundee. Dogs welcome for a fee of £30 per pet. *Please note: there is no washing machine or freezer in the cottage.

Ideally situated as a base to visit local attractions such as the local distillery & award-winning sandy beaches, or visit the Cairngorms and the Angus glens less than an hour's drive away. *Sorry, no pets*

The “Wee Bothy” offers a great base to explore the North East Coast, our scenic Angus Glens, and nearby Towns and Cities with places of interest all around. The Seaside/Harbour town of Arbroath is a 5 min drive away, with lots of lovely Cafes, Restaurants, Cinema and Theatre. Golfing, Fishing , Kayaking round the Cliffs and Walking, are plentiful in and around the area with Carnoustie Golf Links a 15 minute drive. Bus and Train Station in town for those who want to venture further.

Miller's Cottage at Blackhall in the Angus Glens

Set at the foot of the Angus glens, this picturesque, light and airy cottage has a kitchen/sitting room, a bedroom with double bed and a shower room. Ideal for hill walking, cycling, fishing, or anyone wishing to have a quiet break and explore this special location with its many historical attractions. Scottish Short-term Let Licence number AN-01228-F. EPC rating F although this was carried out in 2015 and the property has been significantly upgraded since then.

The Annexe (Garden Cottage)

A bright airy annexe in a quiet rural setting with views of the countryside and the river Tay. The accommodation comprises one double bedroom, an open plan kitchen/dining/living room and shower room. There is also a private enclosed outdoor area and a shared drive for parking. We are only minutes from Monifieth with it's shops, pubs, restaurants, golf courses and beach with public transport/cycle path giving easy access to Carnoustie, Broughty Ferry and Dundee.

Rural cottage near Arbroath and close to Lunan bay and Auchmithie, ideal to get away from it all. I bedroom with an adjacent dressing room and open plan kitchen/living space, all on one floor. A lovely bright conservatory and outside patio and seating area is also included. Perfect for walking and cycling in a beautiful part of Angus with Arbroath around 3 miles away and Montrose around 7 miles. Located just off the Arbroath to Montrose Cycle route.

A perfect, cosy, harbour haven in a beautiful location, central yet quiet and peaceful. This ground floor apartment in an historic landmark building (yellow in photos) looks onto the marina which provides an ever changing seascape. In addition to the double bed, the lounge contains a Sofa-Bed. All you require for your stay is provided, including bed linen, towels, heating and Wi-Fi. Free on street parking.
